The next meeting of the Nevada Franchise Business Network is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Cili restaurant in Bali Hai Country Club, 5160 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The topic of the meeting is "Franchise Law Update and Discovery Day Best Practices: Insight Into Making Informed Decisions," and will feature a two-part program. The first part of the program will be a franchise law update (by me), focusing on some of the recent court decisions that could significantly affect the franchise industry. The second part of the program will feature Larry Schwartz from the Upside Group, who will share some of the secrets for conducting a successful discovery day.
Registration will begin at 5:00 P.M., with the program scheduled to start at 5:15 P.M. A networking reception with complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will follow.
