Webinar On Franchise Sales: March 10, 2011

The webinar, which is being co-hosted by Armstrong Teasdale and the Upside Group, focuses on the business and legal aspects of the franchise sales process.  The program features:

• How the Sales Process Can Impact Your Franchisees' Success. Often overlooked, the program will examine how the sales process itself can have a significant impact on the franchisee/franchisor relationship and the long-term success of your system.  

Presenter: Mario Altiery, CFE, President and Founder of Upside Group Franchise Consulting.   Mr. Altiery has owned his own franchises, been president of a successful franchise system and helped many franchisors develop their systems in numerous industries. Additionally, Mr. Altiery has been a sought after guest speaker by various organizations including the International Franchise Association and NOVA University.

• Franchise Sales Compliance. Franchise sales are regulated on both a federal and state basis, and, if ignored, can create significant liability for both the franchisor and its sales representatives.  I will discuss the importance of establishing a legal compliance program
